FGN’s current program focuses on supporting the Government of Nepal in implementing national Child Protection Policies, particularly the Deinstitutionalization of children from abusive institutions. Job Description

In coordination with the FGN’s board and NGN’s representative, Senior Managers, Program Coordinator has responsibility to ensure successful implementation of FGN’s Di-institutionalization Project:

  • Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of FGN’s projects funded by NGN, with a constant concern on efficiency, sustainability and appropriate use of the funds, in order to attain the objectives of the FGN's programs in Nepal 
  • Ensuring legal compliances and building network
  • Coordinating with stake holders, and ensuring smooth operations of the Project Activities
  • Monitoring project activities, output and outcomes of the FGN’s program
  • Providing recommendations for improvement
  • Managing, supervising and providing technical supports to projects’ staff
  • Liaising with government officials, NGOs and INGOs
  • Supporting FGN Board and senior managers in planning and budgeting

Duration: 1 year (with possibility of extension)
