Roles and responsibilities of this job
Sano Sansar (HIO-Nepal), a registered non-profit serving poor girls and women in Kathmandu, seeks a passionate self-starter to advance two key programs.
Program Coordinator: Women and Teen Girls Empowerment
Responsibilities: Research and analysis, develop and implement curriculum, lead workshops, counseling, and prepare reports. Encourage an understanding of human and legal rights, financial independence, and college readiness. Liaison between Sano Sansar, HIO-US, and key strategic partners. Assist with crisis management.
Qualifications: Minimum bachelor degree in Law Previous I/NGO experience with marginalized girls and women Excellent verbal and written communication, research and organizational skills - Nepali and English Compassion, flexibility, and enthusiasm
