It is the pioneer Institution of Open and Distance Learning (ODL) in Nepal. It is also the only educational institution from Nepal to become the member of Asian Association of Open Universities. It has been providing internationally acclaimed degrees through the ODL Mode of education in Nepal. Job Description

The role of a Program Coordinator for Online Programs is pivotal in ensuring the effective management and delivery of online educational offerings. This position requires a blend of administrative skills, technological proficiency, and a commitment to educational excellence

Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:

  • Coordinate the planning and launch of online programs.
  • Develop schedules and timelines for communication of program activities.
  • Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of online courses.

2. Student Support:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and providing support.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of student orientation processes.
  • Facilitate communication between students and universities

3. Client Relations:

  • Provide guidance to students regarding study options, program selection and university choices.
  • Follow up and plan the lead generation strategies to exceed target
  • Address the inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Attend educational fairs, seminars, and conferences to promote the services offered by the organization

4. Administrative Duties:

  • Manage enrollment processes and maintain accurate student records.
  • Coordinate assessments, exams, and grading processes as per the program requirements.
  • Assist in budget management and financial reporting for online programs.

5. Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on performance, including enquiry conversion, revenue generated, and other key performance indicators.
  • Provide feedback to the supervisor regarding market trends, client preferences, and suggestions for service improvement.
