A project under WASHPaLS#2, Women's Health in the Workplace (Maryadit Karyasthal#2) – Nepal, is currently being implemented by a partner consortium comprising Nepal CRS Company, FWEAN, and MITRA Samaj. The project is seeking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented individual for the position of "Program Associate" on a contract basis until December 2024, with a possibility of extension.

Scope of Work 

• Coordinate with Activity Manager to implement Maryadit Karyasthal#2
• Support WP#2 and WCOs to implement MK#2 in private sector companies
• Engage with the private sector, especially with client companies
• Develop and further the business through entrepreneurial, marketing, analytical, and sales skills

Must Have 

• Clear understanding of business sector in Nepal and have knowledge or be willing to learn about MHH- WASH.
• Graduate in Business Management and/or relevant field 
• Experience in Marketing/Sales/PR/Communication Department of corporate house or media agencies (highly preferred)
• Good communication (written and spoken) skills in both languages—English and Nepali—and have excellent interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy, facilitations skills, positive attitude and a team player
• Should be personable, persuasive, and be able to approach clients, both potential and existing, maintain strong relationships, negotiate, manage, and network with clients
