Division: E-Spot AI

E-Spot AI, the AI-focused digital and creative technology division of E-Spot Nepal, is a Digital, Creative & Training Brand working at the intersection of AI-powered video production, real-world cinematography, and professional skill development for the next generation of creators.

We work across events, short films, music videos, documentaries, advertisements, and AI-generated cinematic content.

We are seeking a Cinematographer who can serve both as a service provider and trainer, capable of teaching, mentoring, and guiding learners through the complete production workflow—from concept to final output—across real-world shoots and AI-assisted environments.

Key Responsibilities

Videography & Photography Training (Theory + Practical)

Deliver strong theoretical and hands-on practical training in videography and photography
Cover event-based, studio, and commercial shooting environments
Train learners on:
- Camera handling and lens selection
- Exposure, focus, framing, and composition
- Professional shooting ethics and on-set discipline
Conduct live practical sessions during real shoots, events, and productions

Pre-Production Training & Visual Script Development

Teach structured pre-production planning for:
- Short films
- Music videos
- Documentaries
- Advertisements
- AI-based video projects
Guide learners in developing:
- Story concepts and narratives
- Scene-by-scene breakdowns
- Shot-by-shot visual scripts
Teach camera movement planning (pan, tilt, dolly, gimbal, handheld, basic drone logic)
Teach lighting planning and lighting logic for different scenes
Prepare complete pre-production drafts combining story, shots, camera movement, and lighting

Production & On-Set Training

Guide learners during real shoots, productions, and live events
Ensure:
- Proper framing and composition
- Controlled and purposeful camera movement
- Lighting consistency
- Visual and story continuity
Teach professionals on-set workflow, teamwork, and discipline
Maintain shooting SOPs, quality control, and visual standards

Post-Production & Visual Storytelling Support

Guide learners on:
- Shot selection
- Visual flow and rhythm
- Continuity and storytelling impact
Coordinate with editing teams and AI production teams to preserve cinematography intent
Help learners understand how shooting decisions directly affect final output quality

Career Path: Cinematographer (Trainer) → Creative Lead → AI Cinematic Director

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven professional experience in Cinematography / Videography / Photography
Strong theoretical knowledge of camera systems, framing, lighting, and camera movement
Relevant field experience in events, films, commercials, or documentaries is highly preferred
Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience is an advantage
Willingness to adapt and work with AI-assisted video production workflows
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and building young creative talent
