We are hiring a Content Strategist and Editor for a China-based company seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to develop engaging English short-form video content for social media platforms.

If you have a passion for storytelling, content strategy, and video editing, and enjoy turning raw footage into compelling reels, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative content ideas and concepts for short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
Write engaging English scripts based on existing footage and recommend additional footage requirements when necessary.
Present and discuss content ideas with the manager for approval.
Coordinate with the team to incorporate talking-head videos, voiceovers, and additional assets.
Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos optimized for social media.
Publish and manage content across social media platforms.
Deliver 20+ engaging reels per month while maintaining content quality and consistency.
Stay updated on social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Proven experience in content strategy, scriptwriting, and video editing.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating viral or high-performing short-form video content.
Knowledge of content marketing and social media growth strategies.
Experience working with international clients or brands is an advantage.
