We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Production Supervisor to oversee our cashmere knitwear production operations in Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of knitting processes, proven expertise in production planning, and hands-on experience managing teams to achieve production, quality, and delivery goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Planning: Plan and manage daily production schedules to make sure knitting, linking, washing, and finishing are completed on time, using resources efficiently and avoiding delays.  
• Technical Knowledge: Use your technical understanding of knitting machines, yarn handling, and production process to guide the team and quickly solve any production or technical problems.  
• Quality Control: Keep a close eye on product quality at every stage—from knitting through to finishing—so that each item meets company and international quality standards.  
• Team Supervision: Lead and support production staff, making sure targets are met, procedures are followed, and safety rules are maintained.  
• Process Improvement: Look for ways to make production smoother and faster by reducing waste, improving efficiency, and increasing productivity.  
• Coordination: Work closely with the design, sampling, and maintenance teams to keep production running smoothly and ensure high-quality products are delivered on time.
