COTIVITI NEPAL

Production Operations Analyst - 3P Support

Cotiviti is a leading healthcare solutions and analytics company headquartered in the United States, with a total of more than 4,000 employees in offices across the U.S. and in India, Nepal and Canada.  Cotiviti has been in business for more than two decades (including predecessor companies), and our solutions have been well proven and tested.

Our clients are primarily health insurance companies, including U.S. government payers, although healthcare providers, employers, and insurance brokers also use our solutions. In fact, we support almost every major health plan in the U.S. and more than 180 healthcare payers total.  The company also supports retail and life/legal industries with data management and recovery audit services that help improve their business outcomes.

We focus on improving the financial and quality performance of our clients. In healthcare, this means taking in billions of clinical and financial data points, analyzing them, and helping our clients discover ways they can improve efficiency and quality.

Cotiviti’s impact goes far beyond our clients. We help healthcare consumers receive better quality healthcare and restore wasted healthcare dollars to the system. We help providers understand that what they do for patients may not be best practice or how some of their patients are not getting needed services. We help the U.S. government get the most for every healthcare dollar. What we do for one payer ripples through the industry.

Our healthcare solutions

Cotiviti applies deep data science and market expertise to help payers in three critical areas:

Payment Accuracy: analyzing data flowing between payers and providers to ensure claims are paid appropriately

Risk Adjustment: ensuring that health plans accurately capture and report how sick their members are so that plans are appropriately reimbursed for the healthcare services their members receive

Quality and Performance: evaluating healthcare cost, quality, and utilization at individual, provider, and population levels to identify the best opportunities for financial and clinical performance improvement

This is important work

Healthcare costs more in the United States than almost anywhere else in the world, but yet the quality of U.S. healthcare is not the best in spite of all that spending. There is $600 billion of unnecessary costs in the healthcare system—caused by waste, abuse, or even fraud.  Cotiviti improves access to better care and lowers the cost of that care, all while helping people get healthier.
