Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Deliver Manufacturing KPI’s
Planning and organising production schedules
Assessing project and resource requirements
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
Determining quality control standards
Overseeing production processes
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
Organising the repair and routine (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) maintenance of production equipment
Supervising the work of junior staff and co-ordinate with assistants/operators
Maintain spare parts of all machines

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

BE in Electrical/Mechanical engineering from recognized University.
Minimum 5year experience in FMCG industry, preferably in beverage company.
Ability to coach and develop team members
Knowledge of working with automated machine, Programmable Logic Controller systems will give priority
