Job Description

  • Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers and service holders
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of fabric, raw materials, equipment, services, and supplies
  • Coordinate procurement process by following the company's procurement policies and procedure
  • Overlook overall Production process in coordination with Floor in charge and Fashion Designer, Master cutter and tailors (Retail, Custom and Bulk)
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing team to plan further production requirement 
  • Coordinate with Outsourcing services like: Dyeing service, Screen printing services as per need
  • Maintain Relationship and coordinate with other production houses for collaboration for big orders as per need
  • Coordinating inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records with floor manager and sales person
