Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 5 years
Professional Skill Required : Production Management Production Communication Customer Relationship Management Interpersonal Skills
Other Specification
  • Bachelors in management or similar faculty
  • Good command in spoken and written English
  • Experience in reputed garment company at least 5 years
  • Capacity to handle the orders and production also maintain the quality
  • Able to handle independently all Programs/HR/ delivery time etc
  • Be able to keep records and filing system, coordination and communication
  • Good organization and planning delivery on tight schedule
  • Knowledge of garment construction, fit and finishing , also cost analysis
  • Deal with all concerned parties, employees, suppliers; handle inventory and accessories
  • The candidate should be dedicated, self motivated, professional, communicative can handle the work under pressure

Job Description

  • Preparing plans for the requirement of fabric, raw materials, equipment, services, and supplies
  • Coordinate production process through every step in details
  • Overlook overall Production process in coordination with Floor in-charge and merchandiser, pattern master,  and tailors
  • Arrange delivery upon the given deadline - 
  • Coordinate with Outsourcing services like: Dyeing service, Screen printing, washing services, 
  • Coordinating inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records with floor manager and sales person
