Job Description

Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers and service holders
Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
Fabric sourcing and collect information and sample swatch of fabric before making any purchase
Maintain fabric library at the Danfe Production center
Preparing plans for the purchase of fabric, raw materials, equipment, services, and supplies
Coordinate procurement process by following the company's procurement policies and procedure.
Overlook overall Production process in coordination with Floor in charge and Fashion Designer, Master cutter and tailors (Retail, Custom and Bulk)
Coordinate with Salas and Marketing team to plan further production requirement for Danfe Outlet
Coordinate with Outsourcing services like: Dyeing service, Screen printing services as per need.
Maintain Relationship and coordinate with other production houses for collaboration for big orders as per need.
Coordinating inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records with floor manager and sales person
Daily Meetings/Weekly With production team
