Job Description

Develop and implement production schedules to meet sales demands and delivery timelines.
Monitor daily production targets and adjust operations to maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging supplies.
Ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspections to maintain equipment sanitation and facility hygiene.
Supervise, train, and motivate production staff, fostering teamwork and accountability.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement lean manufacturing practices.
Analyze production data to monitor efficiency, minimize wastage, and control costs.
Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct safety audits and implement training to minimize hazards.
Monitor production budgets and manage resources effectively.
Plan capital expenditures for new equipment or upgrades.
