We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on factory floor experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, while also managing daily operations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in operations/production management, especially having experience in the food processing industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production processes.
• Manage and lead a team of 15 employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
•  Manage and report head office about KPI of factory teams and manage 15 to 20 blue coloured staffs effectively.
•  Ensure that all products meet required certifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and manage procurement of raw materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
•  Implement and maintain production schedules to meet business goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve production processes for efficiency.
• Handle any issues that arise on the factory floor and provide solutions.
• Report directly to the company owners and provide regular updates on production status.
