Position Overview:

The Production Manager will manage the production process, ensuring manufacturing operations run efficiently and meet the required standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering or Food Technology, with a proven track record of optimizing production processes and leading teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Develop and implement production schedules, manage resources, and optimize workflows to maximize productivity.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and enhance processes.
Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.
Manage budgets, track expenditures, and report on production performance to senior management.

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, food technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in production management within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, production processes, and quality control.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage projects, and drive process improvements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in production management software and tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
