Job Description

Oversee the entire production process, from raw material sourcing to final product packaging and distribution.
Ensure that production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, cost, and time.
Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure all products meet Tong Garden’s quality and safety requirements.
Implement and monitor processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous product quality.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of production staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to best practices.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
Introduce and oversee the adoption of new technologies and practices that enhance production capabilities.
Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods to ensure uninterrupted production.
Maintain accurate documentation of production processes, quality control measures, and equipment maintenance.
