Job Description

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of Marble & Granite products.
Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Ensure that all production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining highstandards of quality.
Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
Work closely with the quality assurance team to develop and implement corrective actions for any quality deficiencies.
Lead, motivate, and manage the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
