We have been working with renowned Architects, Designers and our Customer Profile includes the leading Hotel Chains, Prestigious Villas, etc all over Nepal such as The Hilton Kathmandu, Marriott, The Aloft Hotel, Kathmandu, among others. 

 Additionally, we have our distribution network set up all across Nepal consisting of Various Sanitary Ware Brands such as Armani / ROCA, Laufen, Hansgrohe, Axor, Porcelanosa, etc, Tiles and Natural Stones, processed in our very own Plant. Job Description

  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of Marble & Granite products.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all production targets and deadlines are met while maintaining highstandards of quality.
  • Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Work closely with the quality assurance team to develop and implement corrective actions for any quality deficiencies.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the production team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all production processes.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the factory.

  • Oversee stock control and manage inventory discrepancies.

  • Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.

  • Conducting quality checks of raw materials and finished goods, and reporting findings.
  • Monitoring and supervising daily production processes to ensure smooth operations.

  • Regularly inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Authorizing daily issue slips generated by the store.
