We are looking for a General Production Manager.

The successful production manager will oversee and optimize the organization’s operational activities in the sectors of human resource and production. She or he will work with the existing team and various departments at our company to ensure that the production of our textiles works seamlessly at all stages, identifying production pipeline issues and bottlenecks and solving problems by partnering with the respective departments. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all production lines and the quality of output.

Duties and responsibilities include: 

• Liaising with other sector heads to formulate objectives and understand requirements
• Organizing workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to streamline processes and address HR and administrative issues
• Foster trust and collaboration through proactive communication and issue resolution
• Promote and ensure fair treatment and a positive work culture for employees while shaping the company's public image
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams
• Proficiency in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
• Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to complex challenges

Requirements and skills

• Proven experience in management
• Deep knowledge of and experience in production management
• Understanding of quality standards and regulations
• Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics
• Outstanding communication ability
• Excellent organizational and leaderships skills

• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
• Skills and passion in Quality control management systems

Education and technical skills

• Masters in business administration or relevant field is preferred, minimum BA/BSc required
• Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets (Or Word and Excel)
• ERP software knowledge a plus
• Basic Photoshop and photo editing knowledge a plus

Salary: Starting at NRs 70000 per month.
