  • University degree or necessary experience from relative position in Supply Chain
  • 5 years’ experience within a Production & Supply Chain operations environment role (direct responsibly) and at least with 3 years at a management level. Proven experience in managing change, and implement improvement programs (Operational Excellence, Lean, TPM, SixSigma) to achieve budgeted targets.

Language skills:

  • Fluent in local language (spoken and written)
  • Fluent in English

  • Process Management: Facilitate the implementation and continuous improvement of operational excellence frameworks, driving high standards and cross-functional alignment.
  • Performance Management: Drive the achievement of business targets through structured improvement cycles, performance reviews, and benchmarking initiatives.
  • Functional Specific Management: Ensure efficient resource allocation, compliance with excellence standards, and timely execution of key initiatives through coaching, training, and performance tracking.
