• People Management: Ensure strong leadership, talent development, and performance management to build individual and team capabilities aligned with organizational goals.
• Process Management: Facilitate the implementation and continuous improvement of operational excellence frameworks, driving high standards and cross-functional alignment.
• Performance Management: Drive the achievement of business targets through structured improvement cycles, performance reviews, and benchmarking initiatives.
• Functional Specific Management: Ensure efficient resource allocation, compliance with excellence standards, and timely execution of key initiatives through coaching, training, and performance tracking.
