Roles and responsibilities of this job

Safa Tarkari Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a responsible and hardworking Production Assistant to support our night-shift production, packing, quality checking, order preparation, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate should be willing to work night shifts and have an interest in fresh agricultural products and handling.

Key Responsibilities

Pack and properly handle fresh vegetables and other products.
Perform grading, sorting, and basic quality checks.
Prepare and handle customer orders accurately.
Check product quantity and quality before dispatch.
Coordinate with production and delivery teams.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the production area.
Support daily production, packing, and dispatch activities.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Qualification: Diploma in Agriculture / JTA (TSLC in Agriculture) preferred.

Requirements

Responsible, hardworking, and punctual.
Willingness to work the night shift.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of agricultural products and quality handling.
Previous experience in packing, grading, production, or fresh vegetable handling will be an advantage.
