Job Description

Aakirti International is seeking a motivated and experienced candidate for the role of Production and Factory Manager in our Architecture and Interior Design Firm. As a mid-level member of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our production processes, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
  • Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Ensure the factory operates at peak efficiency and within budget.
  • Implement quality control standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and lead staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
