Job Description

Aakirti International is seeking a motivated and experienced candidate for the role of Production and Factory Manager in our Architecture and Interior Design Firm. As a mid-level member of our team, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our production processes, ensuring high-quality and timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and manage manufacturing operations to meet production targets.
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Ensure the factory operates at peak efficiency and within budget.
Implement quality control standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervise and lead staff, including training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with departments like procurement, logistics, and maintenance to streamline operations.
Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present production reports to upper management.
Allocate resources effectively to optimize production efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
