Job Description

We are seeking knowledgeable and proactive Product Specialists to join our team in Kathmandu. The ideal candidates will act as product experts, supporting internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure product excellence and effective market delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide in-depth product knowledge and expertise to sales, marketing, logistics, and other internal teams, as well as to external clients and partners.
Support product development processes, including testing, quality assurance, and documentation.
Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, training, and logistics management teams to align product information and strategy.
Assist in designing and delivering product training sessions and materials.
