Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team to achieve our company vision.
Objectives of this Role
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the product’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive status
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Help team in closing the deals
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines
- Provides coaching and professional development to team-member/ sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and ways to communicate with potential clients.
- Coach team about the product and its usage aiming to enable sales representatives to successfully communicate with potential clients and close them.
- Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction by building and promoting strong and long-lasting customer relationships and providing resolution to the problems
