Job Description

We’re seeking a product sales leader to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of new and untapped business opportunities and relationships. Highly skilled at sales and business operations, this person will join and inspire a team to achieve our company vision.

Objectives of this Role

  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the product’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitive status
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Help team in closing the deals
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines
  • Provides coaching and professional development to team-member/ sales associates in order to enhance their product knowledge, sales skills, and ways to communicate with potential clients.
  • Coach team about the product and its usage aiming to enable sales representatives to successfully communicate with potential clients and close them.
  • Works closely with Customer Service Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction by building and promoting strong and long-lasting customer relationships and providing resolution to the problems
