  • At least 1 year of Product management experience in Customer Service Department 
  • BS degree in Business Administration/Business Studies 
  • Must have a clear understanding of descriptive statistics and must be able to analyze data for  conducting research with customers and teammates. 
  • Ability to create wireframes and mockups, with a knack for keeping things simple. 
  • Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality when writing user stories, reviewing designs,  brainstorming technical approach, and testing a feature before it is released. 
  • Should be willing to learn and provide training as well as go for trainings and certification  sponsored by Sastodeal. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Experience using agile development methodologies


Job Description

  • Responsible for end-to-end deployment and ownership of the Core Platform 
  • Focus on the customer and be able to build a business case for the feature/product in question 
  • Conduct Impact Analysis of Customer/User Experience on existing as well as any proposed   new feature/product. 
  • User Experience and Requirements Definition: Develop high quality BRD's and effectively  prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time and on  budget. 
  • Communicate ideas cross-functionally and research on the problem domain 
  • Work closely with engineers to ideate and come up with possible solutions running design  sprints 
  • Work on User stories and Maintain product backlogs 
  • Align resources required for the project success. 
  • Assess and mitigate risk 
  • Train and develop members of the CX department as well as cross functional managers to  impart better understanding of the Product Manager role throughout the company
  • Be Part of the Project Management board where Pros and Cons of each feature  and Product are debated and discussed where your knowledge will be crucial to the direction of  each project.
