Job Description

Dristi Tech, a leading ICT system integrator in Nepal, is expanding its business and focusing on affordable Home surveillance and IoT solutions. Our advanced technologies aim to enhance connectivity, efficiency, and security for homes and offices in Nepal.

We're looking for a dynamic, experienced, and highly skilled individual for the position Product Manager cum Business Development Manager, to manage both Product development and Business Growth of our Home surveillance and IoT product lines. Your experience with Video surveillance & IoT products will be a big plus!

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

Oversee the full product lifecycle of home and office surveillance systems and IoT solutions, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with market needs and business goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives.

Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to drive growth in the IoT sector.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to expand our reach and market presence.
Negotiate contracts and manage sales pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
