About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who can bridge business needs with technical execution. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in technology and project management, with the ability to translate ideas into structured solutions. You will oversee the development of our digital learning products, whether built in-house or with external partners, and ensure they align with Maatri’s vision of transforming education in Nepal.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between the business team and internal or external tech teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders, converting them into clear product roadmaps and delivery milestones.
• Manage sprints, backlogs, and timelines using agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).
• Coordinate with tech teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of products and features.
• Track progress through project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, risks, and blockers, with recommended solutions.
• Oversee QA processes, ensuring delivered solutions meet defined standards and user needs.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, better tools, and efficiency.
