Role Description

FleetPanda is seeking a Product Manager to join our on-site team in Kathmandu. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. As a Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful features and products that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will play a key role in defining product strategy, gathering requirements, and managing execution with a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop product roadmaps and execute product strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, engineers, and designers, to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Create detailed product requirement documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and risks to ensure smooth product releases.
• Communicate product vision and progress to internal teams, executives, and customers.
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or logistics-related products.
• 2 years of experience working on Windows Form Application in C# .Net
• 2 years of experience working on ASP.net
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
• Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps and feature backlogs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design.
• Familiarity with dispatch or logistics tools is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, ClickUp).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
