Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 2 years
Professional Skill Required : Project Management Leadership Teamwork Problem Solving
Other Specification
  • Bachelor's Degree. (MBA preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in leading large teams. 
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management along with project management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze the available data and make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis.
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is preferred.

Job Description

  • Define and drive regular sprint planning, release prioritization, and product backlog
  • Oversee clarity for clear and independent user stories aiming to cover all the details for implementation by the Dev team.
  • Coordinate with a cross-functional team (AI Engineers, Non-AI Engineers, Designers, QA, Project Manager) to define MVPs, explain requirements and vision of new features/enhancements and ultimately manage key product delivery deadlines.
  • Take accountability of Biweekly release cycle and optimize it as per need in coordination with Project Management Team (Release notes, Standup, midweek update, sprint planning, JIRA tickets creation)
  • Manage and coach Product Analysts in the team.
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned.
