Product Manager

The Product Manager will join a small, scrappy team to develop and launch new brands and products that will exceed customer expectations. The role will gain broad exposure and have the opportunity to work with all functions from design to merchandising to supply chain and learn how product is built from the beginning to the end of the lifecycle. He/she will perform deep dive analytics on customer facing experiences that define the next generation of product. The ideal candidate will leverage strong project management skills with ownership over key projects and initiatives and be able to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. The Product Manager must be intellectually curious, goal and detail oriented.

With focus on sales acceleration, the candidate will be coordinating with internal teams (content writer, graphic designers and digital marketing) to help clients through product research, market research, optimizing listings (copy writing and graphic designing).

• Designing and implementing new processes to help scale the business
• Bachelor in Engineering or MBA from reputed university
• Working with our Brand Growth Strategists in managing the assigned brands/seller accounts
• Maintaining overall seller account health by constantly monitoring key metrics
• Providing timely and accurate operational support which includes generating business reports
• Contacting Amazon Seller Support and other Amazon departments to resolve account-related issues
• Collaborating with other teammates or departments to quickly and efficiently complete tasks
• Keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis 
• Contributing to a positive team environment and proactively helping team members meet and exceed team SLAs, quality standards, and goals

Required Qualifications:

• MBA or Master’s Degree in Computer/IT
• At least 2 years of work experience in management or IT
• Exceptional project leadership skills, including setting priorities
• The ability to digest a client’s needs, propose solutions, and then oversee all development
• A get-it-done attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
