Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Product Manager will join a small, scrappy team to develop and launch new brands and products that will exceed customer expectations. The role will gain broad exposure and have the opportunity to work with all functions from design to merchandising to supply chain and learn how product is built from the beginning to the end of the lifecycle. He/she will perform deep dive analytics on customer facing experiences that define the next generation of product at. The ideal candidate will leverage strong project management skills with ownership over key projects and initiatives and be able to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. The Product Manager must be intellectually curious, goal and detail oriented.

Rapidly expanding your existing business
Identifying new product development opportunities and bringing them to market
Coordinating product development across international, cross-functional teams
Designing and implementing new processes to help scale the business

Salary: 30000+ No bar for the right candidate.

Working Hours: Monday through Friday

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor degree required; MBA preferred
1+ years relevant experience in retail buying, product management, supply chain management, merchandising, and/or financial analysis at companies with strong brand identity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Superior problem-solving and analytical skills and experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions and measure success
Desire to roll-up sleeves and work tactically
Strong technical aptitude with web-based tools and intermediate to advanced proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite
