At least three-year work experience as software product manager or as an associate product manager
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Marketing required (MBA preferred)

Job Description

Depth understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and build new ideas towards improvement of customer experience and product growth
Analyze non-technical requirement and craft into technical products
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Define why, when, and what of the product that the engineering team builds by leading cross-functional teams from a product's conception all the way through to its launch.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Plan what their teams will deliver and timeline for implementation
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering team
