Job Description:

Fleetpanda is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Product Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, working closely with our product development team to support the creation and enhancement of our logistics solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Product Development: Collaborate with the product team to design, develop, and launch new features and products that meet the needs of our clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategies.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to track product performance and user engagement, providing insights to drive product improvements.
User Testing: Support user testing initiatives by preparing test cases, collecting feedback, and analyzing results to ensure a seamless user experience.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and feature specifications.
Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating product development projects, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.

Qualifications:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) is a plus.
