• Identify and analyze prospective clients and business opportunities.
• Initiate and execute marketing activities for brand awareness and lead generation.
• Guide, train, and monitor the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and present monthly sales & marketing plans, execute strategies, and conduct performance reviews.
• Analyze product performance, track sales trends, and prepare periodic reports for management.
• Take ownership of profitability and market share growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or running in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing or a similar role in the automotive business.
• Passion for market engagement and customer relationship management.
• Ability to generate inquiries, assess customer needs, and drive sales conversions.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and technical selling skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong learning attitude.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid two-wheeler license.
