The primary purpose of the role is to support shopping supervisor with the development of new product which helps to find out need of customer and optimize the service in the market through E-Commerce.  

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
  

Major Duties and Responsibilities:                       

• Design and update the range of products, which includes: 
  
• Assist with managing the product development process from the brainstorming concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase
  
• Analysis of Internal and External factors of product like: tools of liabilities, marketing aspects, profitability of product
  
• Assist in marketing activities as well regulatory affairs and compliance issue
  
• Carrying out a complete review of product from customer
  
• Proposing innovative product developments
  
• Develop and present options that meet requirement by respective supervisor
  
• Meet with partners to gain a better understanding of their product expectations
  
• Need to work together and coordinate within networking unit of shopping department for instance Media, Customer Service, Logistic and other too
  
• Work with the wide range of products and varieties within the category
  
• Identifying the gap in the category and sourcing the products as well as vendors with best possible price in the market
  
• Provide researched based data to supervisor for getting products for in house inventory
  
• Work with the product supervisor for the promotional campaigns, major events and sales campaign to ensure maximum visibility and sales
  
• Maintain proper relation with the vendors for smooth and long term partnership
  
• Assist in negotiation with vendors and contract management, if required
  
• Ensure the stocks in the inventory are updated on regular basis, as well as from the vendor’s end
