Vista Nepal Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a creative, innovative, and motivated Product Development Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in researching market trends, developing new products, improving existing product lines, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful product launches. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about innovation and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and new product opportunities.
Develop concepts for new products and improve existing products based on customer feedback and market demand.
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and quality assurance teams during product development.
Prepare product specifications, documentation, and development reports.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on product positioning and launch strategies.
Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure products meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Development, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA/MBS students and recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in product development, research, FMCG, or a related field is an advantage but not required. Fresh graduates with strong analytical and creative abilities are encouraged to apply.
