Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Company invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Product Development Manager. The incumbent shall be responsible for the formulation, development, and enhancement of pharmaceutical products in accordance with the company’s quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the formulation and development of new pharmaceutical products and the improvement of existing formulations.
Coordinate effectively with Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Production departments for successful product development and technology transfer.
Conduct scientific and market research to identify new product opportunities and formulation innovations.
Ensure strict compliance with GMP, regulatory, and internal quality guidelines throughout the development process.
Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation related to formulation trials, stability studies, and product development reports.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Education: Minimum Bachelor's in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Master's in Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Sound knowledge of formulation science, production processes, and quality control standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
