Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Product Designer (Mid-Level) to join our design team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for creating user-centered, intuitive digital experiences and a strong portfolio that showcases a blend of UX and UI capabilities. As a Product Designer at Renegade, you will play a key role in designing features across our platform that directly impact our agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities

User-Centered Design: Deliver thoughtful and user-friendly solutions by understanding user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
End-to-End Design: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for web and mobile applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and bring features to life.
Design Consistency: Ensure visual and functional consistency by contributing to and evolving our design system.
Creative Problem-Solving: Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
Iterative Approach: Refine and improve designs through feedback, testing, and iterative cycles.
Brand Alignment: Support marketing and product efforts by contributing to visual brand assets (e.g., icons, illustrations, occasional marketing graphics) that maintain consistency across platforms.
Stay Current: Keep up with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
