Job Description

The position holder is responsible to understand Company’s existing products, research the data for assisting the supervisor in creation of new products and assist supervisor in improving existing products. A product analyst analyzes the data, provide the suggestions & opinions and produce reports regarding product development.

This position reports directly to the Senior Product Associate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The duties and responsibilities of a Product Analyst includes:

Develop an understanding of Company’s existing products to meet company’s current and future needs
Understand and identify the business needs, processes and concepts to develop clear and thorough business plans to develop new products and services
Study/Research the market trends, patterns and forecast market behavior
Assist supervisor in managing the product development process from the brainstorming concept phase to the post-launch analysis phase
Assist in preparation of thorough/detailed Product/Scheme Paper regarding any new or updated product and services
Analyze market data and needs to help in developing strategies to create new products
Collect data via customer polls and market research to make recommendations and improvements about products, marketing plans and launch strategies
Assist supervisor in producing reports and making recommendations that is helpful in decision making that is relevant to the new as well as existent products
Develop an understanding of company products to meet company’s current and future needs
Work with the team members/supervisors to improve the analysis and presentation of the Company’s products/services
Identification of key client(s) through market analysis and study for new product/service development to meet customers’ needs
