• BBS/BBA from the reputed university.
  
• 2 - 5 years of working experience in Purchase Dept of construction/housing companies.
  
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures.
  
• Flexible in working hours.
  
• Good Negotiation skills.
  
• Good Numerical skills.
  
• Good Communication skills.
  
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
  

Job Descriptions:

• Preparation of Purchase Requisitions and Orders.
  
• Rate analysis of materials
  
• Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of ordered materials
  
• Verification of rate, bills and forwarding for payment
  
• Coordination with Accounts for timely payment of suppliers
  
• Local purchasing of materials
  
• Local vendor development
  
• Maintaining database of purchase and vendors
• Conducting Vendor Audit as per the requirement
• Quality Inspection of materials
  
• Negotiating price with local vendors and suppliers
  
• Ensuring timely issue of Purchase Orders to Suppliers and Vendors
  
• Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Manager
