Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Manage inventory levels and update stock records.
• Ensure timely delivery and distribution of goods.
• Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and warehouse staff.
• Maintain logistics documentation (waybills, delivery notes, etc.)
• Listing & Preparing comparative analysis on the basis of specification, quality and price.
• Negotiation price with suppliers/services providers in participation of management team as per the requirement.
• Knowledge of opening TT/LC banking process (Local, India & Third country).
• Coordinate with clearing agent for timely custom clearing.
• Coordinate with staff, operations personnel, and outside agencies to ensure materials and services are available when needed.
• Coordinate with bank.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2years of experience in logistics roles.
• Understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control.
• Two wheeler is compulsory.
