Sourcing Suppliers: Identifying selecting suppliers or vendors for interior design materials, furnishings, and equipment.
Vendor Negotiations: Negotiating contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost effectiveness and quality.
Inventory Management: Managing and maintaining inventory levels to meet project requirements while minimizing excess stock.
Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all materials and products meet quality standards and specifications.
Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling procurement budgets to optimize spending.
Order Processing: Processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing order fulfillment.
Market Research: Keeping up-to- date with industry trends, pricing, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate record of purchases, contracts, and Tendor.
Collaboration: Collaborating with interior designers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in procurement practices.
Cost Reduction: Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks and disruptions.
