  • Inventory Management: Managing and maintaining inventory levels to meet project requirements while minimizing excess stock.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all materials and products meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Budget Management: Monitoring and controlling procurement budgets to optimize spending.
  • Order Processing: Processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and managing order fulfillment.
  • Market Research: Keeping up-to- date with industry trends, pricing, and new products to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate record of purchases, contracts, and Tender.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating with interior designers and project managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in procurement practices.
  • Cost Reduction: Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential supply chain risks and disruptions.
