The Job:
The key aspect of this position is that you are a leader. You will coach and mentor a team of close knit, high capacity individuals who will be working with you as a team with the common goal of supporting the rest of the company. The company will depend on you and your team to source solutions in the form of products and services at best deals and a lightning pace. You will also develop a model to keep track of details of all procurement so as to make data driven decisions for future purchases. 
Forging a good relationship with different vendors will be an integral part of your role. You need to develop a method of pre-qualifying preferred vendors while also cultivating a good working relationship with existing as well as new vendors. Your goal would be to find the best value for CloudFactory balancing factors like cost, quality and timeline. We trust our people fully, but do also need strong internal control systems to meet the standards that our auditors hold us to; and guess what? You will be owning the creation and execution of those systems. 
Another key aspect of your job will be to effectively and accurately track and store inventory on behalf of the company.  You will design a tracking mechanism for all physical assets whereby the quantities and status of assets can be easily found out. You will lead the effort in pricing and estimating the cost of ideas and proposals for the office and will help predict and plan cashflow requirements for replacement of physical assets. Finally, you will be responsible for the storing of standard items so that everyone in the company has quick access to replacement items that they need.

The Experience: 
The ideal candidate in this role will have 6 plus years of experience in procurement or related area with a robust network of reliable vendors. You have working knowledge for procuring ITC related equipments and devices and can rely upon your research skills to discuss best solution with the vendor and not just rely on their recommendations. Experience managing service level contracts will be valuable.  Budgeting, inventory & cost management experience is highly preferred.
