  • At least 2 years of experience as a Logistics Officer at a construction company
  • Sound knowledge of Heavy Equipment related works
  • Ability to handle and maneuver fragile stock with ease
  • Strong communication, memorization, and teamwork skills
  • Outstanding organizational and investigative abilities
  • Capacity to perform your duties diligently, particularly during stressful periods
  • Physically fit and mobile
  • Proficiency in inventory software, as well as strong knowledge in Microsoft Word & Excel

Job Description

  • Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
  • Signing delivery notes upon receipt of shipments
  • Collect and send invoices to appropriate department
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule of site (insure loading & deliver to site on time)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep records for audits
  • Keep log sheets of vehicles up to date, analyze cost of expenses, income & work progress report
  • Entering the daily data from log books provided by sites into computer system
  • Keeping records of Assets (Excavator, Backhoe Loader, Trailer, Tipper, Tractor, Motorcycle, etc)
  • Prepare monthly expenditures of all vehicles and check the suppliers invoices
  • Schedule to regular servicing of vehicles, keeping records of spear parts individually of each vehicles when changed
  • Insure to pay bills on time of vehicles EMI, Renewal fee, Insurance premium etc
  • Review physical inventories periodically
  • Make clear notes on the receipt of the items against each invoice
  • Keeps and updates records of goods received & issued
  • Heeding notes about appropriate procedures for handling stock, particularly when fragile
  • Offering assistance to other staff in the department during lulls in your day
