Job Description

  • Purchase & Acquisition
  • Identify and evaluate potential land/property acquisition opportunities.
  • Negotiate purchase terms, agreements, and contracts to secure favorable deals.
  • Conduct due diligence, legal verifications, and title clearance in coordination with legal teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and property owners.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, prices, and regulatory changes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  •  Set KPIs for the purchase team and conduct periodic reviews.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, project cost reports, and management reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements for ongoing projects.
  • Prepare and control budgets for projects and the organization as a whole.
  • liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions for funding, loans, and project financing.
  • Ensure compliance with taxation laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and risk assessments for real estate purchases and developments.
  • Establish SOPs for purchase and finance functions to improve efficiency.
