Job Description

Purchase & Acquisition
Identify and evaluate potential land/property acquisition opportunities.
Negotiate purchase terms, agreements, and contracts to secure favorable deals.
Conduct due diligence, legal verifications, and title clearance in coordination with legal teams.
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, agents, and property owners.
Monitor real estate market trends, prices, and regulatory changes.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Set KPIs for the purchase team and conduct periodic reviews.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with all legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, project cost reports, and management reports.
Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements for ongoing projects.
Prepare and control budgets for projects and the organization as a whole.
liaise with auditors, banks, and financial institutions for funding, loans, and project financing.
Ensure compliance with taxation laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
Conduct feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and risk assessments for real estate purchases and developments.
Establish SOPs for purchase and finance functions to improve efficiency.
