  • Interest to handle procurement and logistics of FMCG products
  • Knowledge of cross-border business system and process
  • Must demonstrate computer literacy and proficiency in the use of MS Office applications and management of supply chain databases (Excel, Access etc.) 
  • Good social and negotiation skills along with business acumen essential
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines
  • A strong team player with good inter-personal skills
  • Required attention to details, maturity in decision making and time management skills
  • A pro-active person with initiative and drive
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Nepali
  • Professional Certification/Qualifications in Purchasing & Supply Management will be an added advantage

Job Description

  • Identifying, liaising and negotiating with suppliers and manufacturers for the FMCG business
  • Develop and manage logistics plan for smooth business operation 
  • Managing the entire operation of collection, storage, packaging and distribution
  • Verifying goods and purchase bills 
  • Management of stocks and updating of records
  • Management of delivery to the distributors / customers
  • Crafting new sales proposals and contract renewals

Will need to frequently travel to India to look for suppliers
