Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required : More than or equal to 7 years
Professional Skill Required : PHP Javascript Management .Net Interpersonal Skills
Other Specification

Education Level and Experience Required:   

  • 7 years of related experience with minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (master’s preferred) or equivalent.  
  • Should have experience in Database Programming using SQL Server and knowledge of FARRMS database framework. 
  • Should have worked on large database and are familiar with database optimization will be an advantage. 

Skills and competencies: 

  • Excellent verbal /written communication skills, 
  • Documentation skills for processes and procedures. 
  • He/ she should be a team player and a leader.  

Job Description

  • Proactive involvement in software development and maintenance
  • Provide first level of support for any database related issues raised by team members.
  • Mentor & monitor juniors to improve team efficiency. 
  • Conduct regular code review of team members. 
  • Provide training to grow skilled resources. 
  • Proactively provide and implement new ideas in the application for better user experience 
  • Take ownership of projects for its timely delivery including (but not limited to) planning, estimation, development approach, assignment, reporting etc.
