7 years of related experience with minimum of bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering (master’s preferred) or equivalent.

Job Description

Proactive involvement in software development and maintenance
Provide first level of support for any database related issues raised by team members.
Mentor & monitor juniors to improve team efficiency.
Conduct regular code review of team members.
Provide training to grow skilled resources.
Proactively provide and implement new ideas in the application for better user experience
Take ownership of projects for its timely delivery including (but not limited to) planning, estimation, development approach, assignment, reporting etc.
