Job Description

Lead and coordinate the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all design requirements are met.
Manage a team of architects and engineers to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of design solutions.
Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design solutions that meet their needs.
Ensure that all design solutions are in compliance with relevant regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
